– English language proficiency at an intermediate (B1) level or above (check your English)

Participating will require an internet access and
the availability to work online over a period of
5-6 months, from November 2016 to April 2017,
within an assigned multicultural group, engaging
in collaborative learning and capitalizing on yours
and other’s resources and competencies.
Within and across participating groups, you will have the opportunity to actively interact with peers by sharing experiences and discussions via online forums, chat rooms and other communication and media tools. All learning activities, which may include collaborative writing, group projects, joint problem solving, debates and study teams, will be oriented toward the solution of a real workplace challenge, presented by a HoB business sponsor or stakeholder, and will revolve around the development of key entrepreneurial competencies.
At the end of the training path, you will receive a certificate of completion and a personal and professional profile, summarizing your skills, knowledge, abilities and attitudes/aptitudes.
You can incorporate it into your personal portfolio and CV, use it for career counseling purposes or just for self-improvement.

A selection committee will revise all applications received and select the participants for the first FREE HoB pilot course.
